From letter P: Pricing
Price is the fastest lever you own.
Say you charge $100 for a job and your costs are $80. You keep $20.
Raise the price 10%, to $110. Costs don't move. You now keep $30.
A 10% price raise just raised your profit 50%.
No new customers, no extra hours, one decision.
That's one page of letter P. The whole chapter is free when you sign up.
From the first page
I turned $100 of ads into a business that brings in $1.5 million a year.
I know how that sounds. Every guy with a book says something like that. So let me tell you exactly how the hundred dollars went, and you can judge it yourself.
I was teaching guitar out of my house. A couple of students, and a day job I didn't love. I grew up in a town of a couple hundred people, in a family that was flat-out poor. Nobody around me knew anything about business or making money, so neither did I. Money was tight enough that every dollar already had a job to do. I put $100 into an ad anyway.
Who wrote this
I'm Zach Adkins. I started with $100 of ads and built four music schools across the Omaha metro, with more than 40 teachers. This book is every move it took, written down in plain words.
