About
Zach Adkins
Zach Adkins started playing guitar at twelve and spent twenty years getting good enough to win a national competition. Then he did something most players do not: he turned the method into a business.
Adkins Enterprises now runs four music schools across Omaha, Bellevue, Elkhorn and Gretna, doing $1.5M a year. The front desk, the follow-up and the scheduling are handled by systems he built himself, because he could not afford to be the bottleneck in four places at once.
Those systems are what he installs for other owners now. Same method as the practice room: find the few repetitions that actually move the needle, make them automatic, and delete everything else.
